Between the complex and the bay is a road being built
by the Navy. These developments are thought
to disturb the eco-system and threaten the existance of the bay.
The Puerto Mosquito Bay (Bioluminescent Bay) is the
bay on the upper right. The Navy road is in the center
leading to the bay.
